Job Description:
As a Senior Principal Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in connecting the client, key stakeholders, and the delivery team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of data professionals to ensure the delivery of added value to customers. With your expertise in Data Science concepts and new technologies, you will translate this knowledge into valuable solutions and new services for our clients. You will actively engage with stakeholders, provide architecture analysis and advice for incorporating new solutions into the customer’s process and application landscape, and design solutions within client frameworks and preferences. Additionally, you will be involved in proposition development, business development, and mentoring and coaching colleagues.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative science such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Econometrics, Physics, etc.
- 5+ years of work experience in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the business objective, process, and context.
- Knowledge and understanding of a range of data concepts and technologies.
Working Conditions:
- 2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote.
- 25 vacation days.

The Team: The team consists of 20 people who primarily communicate in English.
Responsibilities (per week):
- Understanding and solving challenging business issues using data across various customer segments: 10 hrs.
- Implementing and integrating solutions and applications into different system landscapes: 10 hrs.
- Maintaining contacts with stakeholders and providing them with adequate and transparent updates on outcomes, progress, or setbacks: 10 hrs.
- Training and coaching business consultants and junior team members: 5 hrs.
- Total per week: 35 hrs.
